Phillips School of Motoring is run by Antony Phillips who is a fully qualified driving instructor based in Banbury. Antony provides a very friendly and patient service to all his pupils, whether you’re a nervous starter or someone coming over with some previous experience, lessons will be designed to suit your needs.
