BetaDrive was launched in 2005 by Sarah Desay, a fully qualified, DSA Approved Driving Instructor with over thirty years driving experience. Sarah has the following registrations and qualifications:
* DSA Approved Driving Instructor
* Fleet and Advanced Driver Trainer
* Pass Plus registered Trainer
* Member of Driving Instructors Association
* Motoring Schools Association
* Institute of Professional Driving Instructors
* Staffordshire County Council Pass Plus Extra Registered ADI
* Staffordshire County Council Registered Young Driver Coaching scheme.

The training car used by Sarah is a Peugeot 207 HDI, regularly serviced and maintained which is updated each year.
