About Modern Driver Training (M.D.T):

M.D.T is owned and run by Alan Southwart who is a well established driving instructor based in Thurcaston, Leicester. Alan has 26 years experience driving, including holding an LGV 1 licence for 21 years and 10 years instructing which includes teaching motorcyclists as well as cars. Alan provides quality tuition at affordable prices and has excellent first time pass rates.

Pass Plus courses

The Pass plus scheme is mainly aimed at new drivers to help them become better drivers. It is designed to help gain experience in more challenging driving conditions, including on Motorways where provisional holders are not allowed. Consider this when you’ve passed as you can often get a big discount on your car insurance and no test is required.
