About “Round n About”

Round n About driving school is owned and run by Samantha York who has been a fully qualified driving instructor for the last 8 years. Samantha has also taught people to swim and water ski in previous jobs, quite different to teaching people to drive, however there are many transferable skills including confidence building and having the ability to make pupils feel at ease to help them get the most out of each lesson, ensuring people meet there goals. Samantha has a good knowledge of the West Kent area through Pass Plus courses, advanced  driving and company fleet courses carried out in the area. Samantha also works freelance for Mercedes Benz as one of their driving specialists.

Pass Plus courses:

The Pass plus scheme is mainly aimed at new drivers to help them become better drivers. It is designed to help gain experience in more challenging driving conditions, including on Motorways where provisional holders are not allowed. Consider this when you’ve passed as you can often get a big discount on your car insurance and no test is required.
